Our whole experience Connections in the Home has been very positive.

My little boy was with his Educator from being four months old, which was pretty tough for me as a first time Mummy. Since then he has grown and matured into an amazing, intelligent little boy (honestly I’m not biased). Our Educators have many years’ experience which was a blessing to me as I was very green around the gills when it came to children, so relied on their guidance. Nothing has ever been too much trouble; they were on board with cloth nappies, toilet training (at 18 months old), health issues etc.

My sons lack of trust and security was very apparent, and quite an obstacle to overcome. We worked together and built that trust and security that he needed to progress. He has transformed from a tearful, shy and reserved to a very intelligent, sociable and verbal little boy.

As a parent, I would like to take full credit for everything I have described above and all of his success. The credit of his success truly belongs to those of you who have taught and mentored him on a daily basis both academically and socially. You have gone above and beyond just "doing a job." You have loved, nurtured, and made lasting positive impressions on his life.

Unfortunately we are moving away, and the biggest pull to stay in the area, was the security provided to my little boy by his Educators. His last day (which is now looming) will be very sad for us both but we hope to keep in touch with the amazing ladies at Connections for many, many years to come.
