Dear Sarah, Vicki, Melissa, Debbie and Louise,
It’s coming one year since I found myself looking for the right service to represent my families and me.
I started my search almost doubting that I would be able to find a Service that fulfilled most of my requirements as an Educator, I had a lot of pre determined requirements, it had to be a Network with the same values and principles that my customers and I have.
Some of my wishes at the time when choosing the right Service Provider were that it would:
Be completely focused on the well being of each child enrolled in its service, therefore, providing the Educator with all the support she/he may require.
It had to have highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, to assist me, as an Educator, to provide the best care & service possible to my families.
A Service that provided a diverse group of extra curriculum activities, to give children the opportunity to be exposed to activities and environments that have real positive impacts on young children & their development; a variety of activities that gave the Educator the choice to choose from and what best suited her children’s needs.
I was also specially looking for a Service with genuine love for children, with people that are warm towards others and looking to see responsive interactions between the children and their staff, specially from our Program Coordinators, and the Directors.
Above are just some of the things I wished for.
That’s when I found Connections In The Home.
As an Educator I can only thank you for all your support, professionalism, love and dedication to the children and to us Educators.
I have been an Educator since 1996, first in Australia and for the past 9 years here in New Zealand. I love what I do; I dedicate all my passion to the children.
As an Educator, I am able to feel as if I can make a difference in our world, touching each child's life in a positive way, and Connections is making it all possible.
All of you at Connection’s office are always willing to help, and always searching for ways to better yourselves and us Educators and for that also, I, thank you.
I am very proud of being an Educator with Connections In The Home and couldn’t be happier with my decision to join their team a year ago.
